Robert Stewart (bobstewart) | 20 comments Hi,

I would like to add my new book:
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

To my existing series, "The Harry Reese Mysteries", as book #4:
https://www.goodreads.com/series/9003...

Also, I don't see the field for adding a URL on the edit book form. The official URL for this book is:
http://www.streetcarmysteries.com/charm/

Is there a way for me to add it?

Thanks!

Bob Stewart

Massimo Marino | 8 comments Hello, have a question about series
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...

is part of Daimones Trilogy, as #3

it it is the Prelude, chapt. 1-4 of the final novel that will be published in June.

What's your suggestion about having it now part of the series?

I do believe the standard practice is to give it number 2.5 and make it a part of the series.

Done.

Big Finish Classics is a publisher's collection, not a series according to Goodreads policy.

ETA Is a dramatization considered a book according to GR?

message 22: by Margo (new)

Margo Lake (margo_lake) There is audio CD as format, so I think dramatization is included.

message 23: by lethe (new)

lethe | 16359 comments Audiobooks (i.e. with one narrator) can be released on CD.

I asked here if dramatizations are allowed: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

message 24: by Margo (new)

Margo Lake (margo_lake) Audiobook and AudioCD are two separate formats.

That may be so (I never understood the difference), but an AudioCD does not equal dramatization.

ETA My library has audiobooks, and most of them are CDs (some are mp3).

lethe | 16359 comments Re #23-25 Marguerite wrote: "Audiobook and AudioCD are two separate formats."

Rivka just explained in another thread the difference in formats:

"Audiobook is to Audio CD as Paperback is to Mass Market Paperback. Some of the first group are the second, but not all are." (https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...)

So all Audio CDs are Audiobooks, but not all Audiobooks are Audio CDs.
