Basically, it's where you can request a relationship with a character, whether it be a romance, friendship, or whatnot. You basically make a thread for your own discussion of the relationship and then when it comes time, you carry it out in the normal RP. :) Make sense?
I feel so popular all of a sudden with this onslaught of collabs XD But, sure, I'll do one with you, Sakura ;) It'll have to tie in with a few of my others, but sure ^_^
