She looked down and tilted her head to the side. There were a lot of reasons she wore her mask. She shrugged as she sat down. She didn't like to talk about her killings.. which her mask had a lot to do with.

Sage let it slide, he watched as she sat. He could venture a guess as to why she wore it. "Well whatever the reason, at least no one has really seen how cute you are," he said, blushing but smiling at the same time, looking up at the sun.

She swallowed, "Well... for one it's a lot easier to see what I am when it's off..." she whispered. Now six people knew what she was and what she looked like. Terrible. She sighed.

"Good," he said sounding probably a little too possessive, since the idea that others knowing how she really looked,bugged him.

He glanced over, a bit suspicously but it didn't show with her mask on. "You seen happier now. Weren't we just fighting?" She whispered.

Sage looked over to her, and smiled softly, "how many have you collected today?"

"Two" she whispered. It was more than she ever had. Except for her dog. Which wasn't really even her dog either.

Sage blushed. He hadn't expected to be one of her friends. That was a plus. "As in Cara de Vries?" Asked Sage, frowning slightly. He'd heard about her...and found it somewhat surprising.

She shrugged, "She cornered me and happened to ask me questions to which I couldn't avoid. And I never avoid the inevitable. And so I answered her honestly.. well mostly and somehow we became friends. And then she let me stay over for a bit but I had to go rescue Luke's punk ass" she murmured.

Sage blinked. Then he chuckled. "I heard that woman was...the kind that didn't let up easy. Well, it's cool that you guys are friends, it's good to have them. Otherwise you turn out like Luke. Somewhat."

She shrugged, "I'm kind of young. So people underestimate me... It's one of the reasons I hide my gender" she said.

A ribbon fluttered down from above Sage, and he wondered where it'd come from. He caught it and fiddled with it, it was a lovely colour...kind of reminded him of her eyes, under the mask. He fiddled with it.

"Where would you go?" He said a little harshly. From what he knew, most of Luke's gang didn't have rooming in the school yet. He was the exception.

She bit her lip in thought, "Uhhh... well. Theres an abandoned factory on mainstreet. There supposed to be tearing it down soon..." she whispered.

Sage kinda crumpled the ribbon. "No, that's a really stupid idea. You might be able to take care of yourself and all, but...no. How can you just stay there?" He said, darkly, somewhat reminded of bits and pieces in his past where he'd lived in abandoned places with his mum.
