That's not the same book. That edition was published by Delacorte Press; the book I am referencing was published by Dial Press Trade Paperbacks.
In addition, the Delacorte Press edition published that back in 1963; Dial Press Trade Paperbacks published the edition I'm reading in 2006 January.
Again: not the same book.

From the link in message 4: go to all editions and go to the next page until you reach 2006. There was an edition from Dial Press.

Oddly enough, there seems to be no entry at all on WorldCat for this particular edition. I even used the Advanced Search and gave all relevant information.
However, I have the book here in my hands and I can tell you with certainty that the pagination in the book only goes up to 287. I can even provide a photograph if you need further proof.
