ABANDONED. A YA fantasy novel with art in it that came out last november/december.

Do you know anything more about the story, how was the cover? Was there a girl, wings etc what color.

I sadly don't remember much on the actual story itself, but I do remember the cover a little. There was a girl on the cover I believe. The cover I want to say was almost a purple color. But I could be wrong on that, sadly. I'm not sure why Barnes and Noble never re-stocked the book though. Especially with there being one only one left.

The Kingdom of Little Wounds? Has an amazing cover and very pretty illustrations inside, though I don't think the interior ones are in color. It's marketed as YA although many reviewers have expressed the opinion that it's a bit mature, so check it over carefully if you're thinking of giving it to a kid.

It might be part of the Abarat series by Clive Barker; the first one came out quite a while ago but I think there's a new one out.
