I chose this book because it has been on my to-read list for a while and I've been putting it off because I've become increasingly frustrated with the entire series. I went into it thinking I would hate it but was glad that I didn't. I still don't love it and I'm glad the series is over but it wrapped up nicely. It dragged with a lot of focus on side characters that I could have done without. Then the ending seemed to sort of rush. If you want to slog through a twelve book series about teenage vampires then this is for you.
