These are the rules for Dreamers. Please don't hesitate to mention if I've forgotten anything, though I will have a section set up for questions and suggestions.

1. Dreamers can do whatever they want in a dream, though it would be appreciated if your character stayed in...well, in character.

2. Hmm. Well, that's actually about the only rule for Dreamers that I can think of...
