Book store blunder.

I had recently noticed a book on my shelf I had not read yet. I will not name the book or series because this post/rant really only addresses a huge book store blunder.
Halfway through the first book I ordered the next two in the series along with a preorder. The book store I ordered from sent me a shipment notification the next day. Woo hoo efficient! Upon arrival, I noticed it is book #3. While looking into the my order status it says that book#2 will be shipped with the preorder that comes out in two weeks… WHAT??? I have put in an inquiry on how or why this would happen when the book is listed as "in stock". No response.
Still frustrated.
And rant.

I've had so many issues ordering books online. Twice I've ordered books with "next day delivery" (I've tried Indigo and Amazon) and ended up waiting a whole week for them (I know first world problems, but the struggle is real when you need that sequel!)
I just finished the Shadow and Bone series last night. I hope you find a way to get Siege and Storm sooner than two weeks! I wouldn't be able to handle that wait!
