Edward Odson | 19 comments When I first put this together I was happy with the pace. Now I think it drags too much.
What do y'all think?

Lisa Emme (Lisa_Emme) | 212 comments I think you're right about it dragging. I would tighten up the transitions. It seemed like the animation for the text was really slow, i.e. it took a long time for the full text to appear.

Edward Odson | 19 comments Thanks Lisa. I wish there was a way to speed up that text animation on movie maker. Maybe I'll redo it using powerpoint, as you did. There are a lot of tools in there that allow more flexibility.
By the way, that's another question I have. What are y'all's preferred software packages for doing this kind of thing?

I agree with Lisa, just speed up the transitions a bit. Which you can do in movie maker. I tend to stick with Movie Maker when I do my own, just because it's already loaded on the computer.

Lisa Emme (Lisa_Emme) | 212 comments I'm totally new to this and I only know how to use powerpoint so that's what I used. I was wondering if I should have used something else for mine but maybe it was a good choice after all.

Edward Odson | 19 comments Thanks everyone.

K.C. Herbel (k_c_herbel) | 118 comments I agree with the others. It's a bit long, but that will get better when you zip up the transitions.

I wish I had time to redo my own and/or make a new one - way too long. Oh well, there's always later.

Edward Odson | 19 comments Yeah. I'm with you there. Later always seems to be the time to do stuff like this.
