Cover Not Showing Up on All Pages

My book cover is showing up in some areas and not in others. I'm new to goodreads and I'm not sure how to fix this. The help section said I should come here and request someone tweak it for me.

Only the e-book edition had the cover, not the paperback edition. I added it to the paperback edition. It can take some time before it shows everywhere on the site.
