It is interesting reading the description of them and comparing to other vampires. These are definitely not "HOT" or sparkly.

just got the audio for this and loading it to ipad tonight. I listened to some on the way home and got a better understanding of the beginning that I thought already understood but really get now. like I didn't get that the magic is knowledge to all and that the Order would have protected her. loading it now. Should take maybe an hr and if not too late well listen to it more tonight before bed.

I like that she isn't necessarily the traditional heroine. She is kick-ass, has spunk, but doesn't necessarily always want to fight. She wants to survive and looks out for others. I would want her as a friend...not an enemy.

He is a lion but he I quite special. I was iffy on Crest too. Supposedly, he likes Kate, but he doesn't even realize she is very uncomfortable at the restaurant. How very perceptive of him...Not.

I'm not liking Crest much...at least not for Kate. Love Curan, though. He's going to be fun :)

I wasn't a Crest fan either. I just didn't trust him. I love Curan. I like the sparks between him and Kate.
