Kate and Curran are hilarious when they argue/fight. Holy crap Kate! Not good...crying in Walmart. Damn book! Ilona Andrews knows how to tear the reader's heart out then stomp on it for good measure.

That part had me on the edge of my seat. This whole book was an emotional roller coaster but well worth the read.

I finished this one today. Not sure how I feel bout it. I enjoyed the action but could not understand the point if there was one. It was definitely a transition book.

True, there was no real interaction with daddy except for dinner :) The ghouls were interesting...and kind of creepy.

It definitely was a transition book. Curran and Kate went from living at the Keep as Beast Lord and Consort to a domestic life in a neighborhood full of humans. Talk about a big adjustment. I feel like we are still waiting to see what Roland will do.

Hmm... Well I'm not ready for Martian. Need time to get the movie outta my head. I never finished the iron druid series and we've talked about that. We've also talked about other series by writers we have read things from already. Or there's Colleen Hoover. I've fallen far behind on her works. We prolly shouldn't start Terry Brooks yet as we'd still be reading or by the time everything else for the year comes out. Lol
