I'm on chapter 14. I like it a lot. It's kind of like the show 'The Bachelor' but not as much as I thought it would be.

I hope everyone is loving this! I read the series last month and absolutely fell in love!! It's such a fun read.

I read this book series over the summer. As soon as I was done I knew my 11 year old daughter would enjoy it so I recommended it to her. I think she read all 4 of the published books and The Prince & The Guard in about 2 weeks total. She now absolutely loves this series (as do I). Can't wait for the novellas to all come out at once next month!

but anyway....I thought she was awful to the prince. Just awful. I can't believe he didn't kick her straight out. she's lucky he was willing to put up with someone talking to him like that. hopefully that means he's nice (hide spoiler)]

caste(view spoiler)[ their system sounds awful. I can't imagine someone who is a mechanic is ONLY good at having kids who are mechanics. Yikes.
My oldest and my youngest are amazing artists and can both play songs on piano and other instruments just by hearing a song
and I'm awful at drawing and can't play music. I can't imagine if what I loved to do was pushed on to them merely for being my kids (hide spoiler)]
