frankie 1. The characters are amazing and enjoyable to read.
2. The plot is super interesting.
3. The writing is so fantastic. It is written perfectly!
4. It is really fast paced and full of action, I can't remember a boring part?
5. This is a 6-7 book series I believe and we are on book 4 right now. So ALOT of Throne of Glass!

Nikita The plot is amazing and the story is captivating
The characters are great and it's not all in single POV. It's in third person
The writing is amazing
It's fast paced, action packed, bit of romance, mystery and full of twists
It's Game of Thrones for teens
It's gripping, amazing, emotional, magical, and the most recent book was glorious
I was hesitated at first but once I finished the first book, I had to read the rest. It's worth it.

Sofia Moniz I'm looking forward to read this, I really really want.

Yeah, but it doesn't last long.

These Violent Delights (Robin) Best series ever!

These Violent Delights (Robin) Okay, maybe not THE best, but extremely close to it. I think the Tiger Saga by Colleen Houck might have it beat... but just maybe.

I love Tiger Saga! Oooh, I can't decide which is better, I love them both.

A Game of Thrones had political battles Without any character of low birth. Throne of Glass was a skilled tradesman who had suffered the brunt of an opressive tyrant. A Song of Ice and Fire lacked a clear villan this did not.

Camila in my opinion you shouldnt, i was really excited about this book because they promised it was a hunger games and GOT sort of mash up... wrooong.
the story is really interesting but it is so poorly written it hurts, there are numerous inconsistencies regarding the time of the story like a prince talking directly to a low birth assassin. come on that would've never happen thats what castle peasants are for.
Besides supposedly the important part and the core of this book are the challenges which are described really lightly.
the thing im angriest about is this woman took 10 years to write this book, so did GRRM and the literary richness in both is clearly and abysmally different.

I agree with everything you said but I still liked the book. It is so rare to have someone give a review of the faults on a discussion like this. Thanks for sharing.
If you are still swaying on reading this book or not, read another one there are many out there

Andi I haven't finished the book yet. I am half way through it. Every time I have to put it down (*responsibilities*), I drool with anticipation to get back to this book!! This book has a strong female protagonist. I really enjoy that. I have heard some people say that she is cocky, however I think she is confident with the skills to back up that confidence. The way Sarah J Maas has written this book is also well executed. I am thoroughly enjoying the world she has created. ~review based on first half of book as that is what I have read so far~
