Since it has been read before, I have a second choice, One Rough Man (Pike Logan, #1) by Brad Taylor , by Brad Taylor. It was recommended highly to me.

I've added it to the list of possibles. I'm glad you had a separate option.

Kannan (FizzKannan) | 1 comments How about the classic -
The Hound Of The Baskervilles, by Sir Doyle.

In fact, I started reading.

We read that as a group last May, Kannan.

Garden Girl | 0 comments I'd like to suggest Red Sparrow by Jason Matthews. This is an espionage mystery set in Russia. I enjoyed it and there was great variety in the characters. There is a love interest that was left hanging, so there will undoubtedly be sequels.

Bill I'll set up the threads.. :)

message 60: by Justin (new)

Justin (rockstarintraining) I'm happy to lead a discussion on Night Film since it was so close. Is there a place I could start this or could I just create a thread?

Feel free to start a thread in Buddy Reads, Justin.

Craig Sisterson (kiwicraig) | 59 comments Two terrific choices for this month - one of my faves from childhood, and one of my top reads of 2015. Should make for some good discussions.

M. Dobson (meg_evonne) | 109 comments Yeah Suzy! I have nominated Craig Johnson's Cold Dish in the past, but it never won! Sadly this time, my personal writing schedule had me nominate the short stories. Have you read Waiting for Signs? They stand well on their own. The other option I considered was his novella Steamboat. We'll be locked out if we go with the short stories for one year. I'm willing to substitute Cold Dish, but I'm fine either way.

M. Dobson (meg_evonne) | 109 comments oops. my bad! Note to self, read all threads before posting. Next time Suzy. I sent you a friend request to coordinate next time.

There are many, many great illustrations in the hard copy. I don't know how many translate to the ebook, but the visuals enhance the overall effect.

Justin (rockstarintraining) Thanks Flash! I grabbed a hard copy from the library. Looks awesome!
