Just an fyiThere is a goodreads giveaway for Library of Souls
I know this book is on some of your tbr lists (and it works for the challenge :)
Question on task #1: Does the book have to deal with "Suicide Prevention" or just Suicide in general. I don't have any particular book in mind yet, but am curious and wanted to clarify.
Dustin Crazy little brown owl wrote: "Question on task #1: Does the book have to deal with "Suicide Prevention" or just Suicide in general. I don't have any particular book in mind yet, but am curious and wanted to clarify."doesn't have to be prevention-the book just has to discuss it in general.
Dustin Crazy little brown owl wrote: "I will read American Gods by Neil Gaiman for task #6 :-)"Thanks for the update, Dustin!
Hope you and the rest of the group are enjoying the holiday weekend. :D

You're welcome, Christine! Hopefully one of us will win a copy :)
I finished my first book, Just Kids. I have to admit I started it for the summer challenge as a book with a musician in it. I didn't get it done but thankfully it fit as a memoir. Its a beautiful book.

I think she has a new book coming out this year.

This season challenge sounds great, I read Easy by Tammara Webber
a few years back and this deals with the issue of Suicide, I have also been waiting to read her second book Breakable
which is Lucas POV so should bring this subject up again!Currently readin Shadow of Night, which is great for Halloween, it's just a shame there isn't and 'L' in that title!
Will have to look through my other TBR list to see what else I can read for this challenge!
Happy reading and happy Fall xx

Glad you like the challenge-Happy Fall :D
I have started reading The Accidental by Ali Smith. It deals in part with suicide so I'm gonna use it for task #1.

Welcome Natalie. These seasonal challenges are a fun way to read books we might not otherwise get around to reading. Hope you have fun!

has t-r-e-a-t in the title."I like Tana French. Have you read the entire series?"
I've only read one other book by French, In the Woods. I think it was the first one. I think her writing is very good but always about 50 pages too long. I get bored towards the end.
Danell wrote: "Finished
, which works for #7, the last in a series."Thanks for the update, Danell! :D
Christine, I read The Likeness (book two in the series) by Tana French and I'm planning to read In The Woods next. I read book two first because it was lent to me by my boss. I was really impressed with French's writing and narration. I am looking forward to reading more in the future :-)

Its a book with photographs. It was a great read if you like history."Thanks for the update, Christine! :D
Christine wrote: "Another one done
It has t-r-i-c-k in the title. A magical read."
Thanks for the update, Christine! :)
finished The Dead Girls of Hysteria Hall
-works for task 1 and also has t-r-e-a-t in the titleA teenager inherits her aunt's house and she and her family decide to go there for the summer-the fact that the family decides to stay there after they find out it's an abandoned mental hospital is silly but once you get past that, the book is a really fun read.
Danell wrote: "I read
which works for #1."This has been in my TBR pile for a while now. I may have to read it for the challenge
Christine wrote: "I read
I was disappointed. I loved the first book in this series. I hope the rest are better."Thanks for the update, Christine! :)
I've been meaning to read that book for a while (I also really liked the first book). Sorry to hear it was disappointing.
Hope the next book in the series is better.
I finished
which works for #4 in the challenge. Think I may have enjoyed this more if I was reading it instead of an audio book. I thought
was good. If you read it Christine looking forward to what you think of it!
