orthonym acceptable for actual name of pseudonym

is 'orthonym' an acceptable author role term to denote the real name of a pseudonymous author name? if not, what is? is it necessary, important, or even preferable? or is it specifically more trouble than it's worth?

came upon this issue while attempting to separate different authors w/ same name, which i figured out.

Necessary, important, or preferable? No, no, and probably not. Most users will have no idea what the word means.
