you need to create the paperback edition of that book. right now, only the kindle edition is listed. after you create the paperback edition, combine it with the kindle edition. as i understand it, the giveaways won't work if you input an asin.
I've added in the paperback edition. In the future, do not remove an ASIN or ISBN from an edition. Goodreads views the formats as editions of the same work (ebook, Kindle, paperback, etc).

Thank you, I've managed it with your help. I couldn't see how to add the paperback. I can't remember adding the Kindles, to be honest, I'm new to Goodreads so I'm still feeling my way around.
Hi, I'm jumping in with a question about giveaways. Harlequin lists several giveaways each month. There are times when the error message that there is already a pending or active giveaway for the title pops up. When that happens, I verify with the author that they have listed a giveaway and get the terms so that we can help spread the news. However, there are times like I currently have where the author has NOT set up the pending giveaway and does not know the terms. I.e. Book There is already a pending or active giveaway for this title (giveaway #84717).
Author did not list but who did?
Is there a way to search for a pending giveaway by the number given in the error message?

(The only thing librarians can do that is related to giveaways is add or correct a book record to allow it to have a giveaway added.)

It is else as a Kindle and a paperback through Createspace. However every time I tried to send the giveaway page I get errors no matter what I do.
If I add the ISBN and ISBN13 numbers on the book page the form gives me the message saying it's a Kindle and therefore can't be given away.
" 'Running A Web Design Business From Home: How To Get Clients, Keep Good Clients and Make Money with Your Home Business' is listed as format 'Kindle Edition' ; Being of an electronic nature it is not permitted in the giveaway program - please consider offering a physical counter part."
However if I don't enter the ISBN numbers and enter the ID 18850054 – it says it can't find the book.
If anyone has any idea how to get this to work I would be very grateful.
