How to handle a deceased author

I've tried to edit Oliver Sacks' data in his author profile but he was a goodreads author so Godreads shows me this message: "Sorry, this author is on Goodreads and is responsible for editing their own data."

In this case, it's a quite sad message I think, however anybody could update his profile? Thank you.

This is an issue for the Goodreads staff, they can change the profile of a deceased author who was a Goodreads author.

So neither a super-librarian can change it, only GR staff?

Only the GR authors themselves and GR staff can edit their profiles.
