I am holding in my hands an edition of Selected Poems II: 1976 - 1986 that doesn't match any of the editions currently listed. Is there a procedure for getting it listed?

There is a link for "add a new edition" part way down the page, under "other editions". You can fill in your information: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
Oh thank you! Sorry for being oblivious and not seeing that - it must drive you good folks crazy to have to always answer the same question!
I tried, but it won't let me add it because the ISBN already exists for another book. But that ISBN is being used for the same book with a different publisher.
Save it without the ISBN and in the Description field, list the ISBN and state that it is an alternate edition.

Mariner republishes a lot of HMH books and I believe it is owned by HMH.
Oh, that would explain it. I have a paperback published by Houghton Mifflin Company in 1987, with 147 pages. On the copyright page it says:ISBN 0-395-40423-1
ISBN 0-395-45406-9 (pbk.)
So I assumed the second one was the relevant ISBN. It has a cover which is shown on the Amazon page under "Customer Images."
The same ISBN is currently listed as a paperback published by Mariner in 1987 with 160 pages (and a different cover).
