Edit: I finished Dark Ghost, I got some progress on The Moonstone, decided to work on Loyalty in Death instead of the MJD books since it's due earlier. I probably won't finish it before tonight though. Had too much going on this week due to family in town and someone needing assistance.

its been a long while since I've either read it or seen the 1931 black and white movie.As for
,I'm so far liking it, but it's kind a hard to count pages you've read because it shows the % of the book instead of what page your on.does anyone else think it's funny that some kindle books show the actual page numbers and others don't

: So yesterday I didn't read any at all ,so disappointed in that but what could I do it's been so hot the last 2 days that even when I was inside it was impossible to read, plus the hot weather bought on a migraine headache , put that with a bouncey pouncey border collie mix almost 1 year old puppy and you can get how miserable I was. Because Spooky thinks when ever I'm on the couch it's play time.so glad it's cool right now. Can't decide if I want to go head and watch the original 1931 black and white movie Dracula or site and watch in October for Halloween.

With everything going on, Dad's stroke, travelling up and down up and down, work and my thesis proposal my week just turned out to be one crazy event after the other and I didn't get any reading done this week. :-( This is my absolute worst read-a-thon ever!
Whoops. I didn't even realize that there was a read-a-thon going on until I saw this thread a moment ago. I would have been reading more if I had seen this earlier. Oh well, may as well post what I've read this last week anyways. :)

We'll start at the stroke of 12:00am (midnight) on Sunday, September 6th, 2015 until the last second of 11:59pm (just before midnight) on Saturday, September 12th, 2015.
You may set goals for yourself to achieve, or simply log to see how many hours/pages/books/etc you were able to finish.
The choice is yours.
The main goal of this is to push yourself to read more than you normally would.
