I mean, come on: she's a princess, he's a prince, and they'd be a magical royal couple (literally and figuratively speaking).
And if there is going to be peace between Adarlan and Terrasen (it's so weird that her country has an actual name now), then a political marriage between Princess Aelin of Terrasen and Prince Dorian of Adarlan would bring peace and stability to their respective countries, regardless of whether Aelin or Dorian still have feelings for each other or not. If this series is going to have a happy ending for almost everybody, then this union makes sense because when kingdoms and countries are involved, the nobles and commoners have to be (relatively) satisfied with the pairing as well.

Is that what happened in Queen of Glass? The ending that you described for Celaena and Dorian?
Because I really can't see how the people of Terrasen would just be ok with being joined to the country that invaded and conquered them for ten year.

That's not how the Queen of Glass ended. I never actually got to read the end of Queen of Glass because it was still a work-in-progress at the time (and I don't want to say where S.J. Maas left off for fear of unintentional spoilers); I was caught up with the story, reading the chapters as they were posted. But S.J. Mass never posted the ending on Fictionpress because she took it off the website so she could publish it. She had only just finished Part I of Queen of Glass before it was taken down. That's one of the major reasons why I looked forward to Queen of Glass's publication so much.
BUT the way the story was playing out, it looked very probable that Celaena and Dorian would end up together. While you do have a point about the people of Terrasen, I can't think of a counter that I could tell you without revealing major-league spoilers. Like spoilers about events that will probably unfold in the book after Heir of Fire.

"It was like the world had stopped " that's what happens when they looked at each other

I AGREE WITH YOU. ughhhh . I just want SJM to publish the fifth and the sixth book already
