I am just at chapters 15 but I totally agree with you!

I also agree about it being slow, I think the middle part of the book was spent on explaining the relationship between Matthias and Nina, but I like that it's slow burning so we can know the characters better :) (hide spoiler)]

She remember of Vin! :) And I love that we can know the characters better, it's a good thing and the characters are so intersting, but I think that, maybe, the author could have described a little better the world. I read two books of her other trilogy so I know a lot of things, but I think that it would be difficoult to understand the world if this one is the first Bardugo's book that you read. And you're right about the world Sibil. I would definitely recommend for people to read the Grisha before trying this.

I also thought that Inej was like Vin. That's incredible! :D

that's true :p actually, when I read Shadow & Bone I felt confused about the world and the Grisha hierarchy too then began to understand it more after reading Siege and Storm.

Do you know how many books there will be in this series? :) I hope we don't have to wait too long for the next one XD

End of Part 5 (view spoiler)[ That whole fiasco with Matthias drove me nuts. And it really caught me off guard. I sort of thought he would do something, but that was an outright backstab. And although I kind of find it a little silly, I'm glad he's back on track.

This book is getting really intense. I was also very terrified for Jesper and Wylan's lives. That was a crazy scene.

I feel it too. In a way, it wasn't as engaging as I want it to be. I feel like I get easily distracted with other thing, rather than keep reading it. I still think it's a good book, though. And really enjoying it so far.

Exactly, I think it's just been so slow getting to all their stories that it takes away from the current action so I tend to get bored.

Wondered if it was that I saw so many 5 star reviews for it that I expected amazing and even though it's good I'm still looking for more.
