(view spoiler)[ Man, I’m enjoying this way too much! Took me a while to get back into it, but I really enjoy it so far. I still love the chemistry between all of the characters so much!! I love Inej and Kaz & I certainly hope they’ll end up together. Inej & Nina are great together too! I’m not sure if I really trust Matthias yet, but I hope he’ll be okay. I feel like something bad will happen with Inej, not sure why.
I’m glad we finally know what happens with Kaz his brother, and it was really quite sad, it does suck that he almost threw the plan just to get revenge. But did he kill the man though?? (hide spoiler)]

Theeeeen Inej was taken :( They love each other, oh my I can’t wait for that to develop into more :) I’m really scared for Nina and I really hope she won’t get addicted, because she and Inej are my favorites probably & I feel like everything will go veeeery badly with them :(

I also found it interesting that it included a perspective from the boy at the beginning, seeing Anya, because it seems like they must have given her it too, and then she started controlling everyone. I feel like this book has a lot of potential, so I'm excited to start reading more! (hide spoiler)]

I find Matthias's and Nina's relationship very mysterious but interesting, and I'm curious to find out what really happened between them. I'm also sort of confused at this point about what the Menagerie is, and how Inej got there, but I'm sure I'll hear more about it later in the book. I also find Kaz very interesting. He is so smart when it comes to planning heists and other criminal things, and I find it interesting all the ideas that he comes up with. I'm also intrigued with Wylan, because I feel like he seems too innocent, and that he is planning something, I'm just not sure what yet. (hide spoiler)]

This setting is so different than anything else I've read and I love it. I think Kaz is my favorite character so far. He's had the most personality.
