What happened to these 2 chars at the end? Did they die? Or did Uncle Enzo get saved by the mafia medics? Who got into the pizza car that drove off?

IIRC, my thought about the pizza car that drove off was that Raven was making an escape.

Obviously the end result is left to the reader's imagination, but personally I think Uncle Enzo survived. As for Raven... I'm less interested in needing to know that to be ok with the conclusion.
