SOLVED. Children's Fantasy Book About a Know-It-All Princess [s]

I'm searching for the title of a children's book about a know-it-all princess who annoyed everyone with her facts. At one point she plays hide-and-seek with her servants and tries to change the rules to make the game better. Eventually she meets a prince that can't stop asking questions, so they get along great. I believe that near the end, she answers one of his biggest questions: How come dragons don't burn their own mouths when they breathe fire?

The previous were things I'm sure happened in the book, but this I'm not positive about: I think at one point, a "sleeping beauty" type curse falls upon the princess and it's the prince that kisses her awake. He describes brushing away spider webs from her lips.

I read this book in the late 90's, but it might be older.
