Changed format (Amazon agrees with you) and added page number.

We cannot use book covers or other book data from booksellers, with the sole exception of Amazon. If you have a copy of the book, you can scan the cover yourself.

I do have the book, and it's the same as this one. I also published it on my blog. Can you use it from there? If not, can I attach an image here or do I need to publish it somewhere?

The cover on your blog clearly came from the same bookseller site. We cannot use it. You would need to post your own scan of the book (or find it on an author or publisher site, which is unlikely for such an old edition) for us to be able to use it.

Alright, no problem. My cover is a bit shabby, but it would be better than no cover.
