Hi Karen,Thanks for organising such an interesting challenge!! I am having all sorts of fun looking for books to read to match these flowers.
Through my research, I came across the following list, which may be helpful to others looking for a book to read for the Anthurium flower - Read a book set in the hospitality industry Bed & Breakfast Fiction.
It is a short list of books (only 89) but has a few different ones that may be of interest.
I will post more links for some of the other categories, if I find them :)

Alstroemeria flower is symbolic of wealth, prosperity and fortune. Read a book in which one of the main characters is extremely wealthy.Anthurium symbolizes hospitality. Read a book set in the hospitality industry (restaurant, bar, hotel, bed and breakfast, event planner, etc).
Baby's Breath symbolizes festivity. Read a book in which the storyline includes a party, festival, or celebration.
Black-Eyed Susan symbolizes justice. Read a book with a character who is involved in the legal profession, law enforcement, or military.
Daffodil symbolizes regard and chivalry. It is indicative of rebirth, new beginnings and eternal life. Read a book with a character who is immortal or has been "reborn", or who is starting over after a major life change.
Daisy symbolizes innocence and purity. Read a book with a virginal character.

A Red and White Rose is a symbol of unity, and the emblem of England. Read a book where the main characters are in an established, committed relationship throughout the book, or a book set in England or with an English author or character.

Flowers and plants have always been used to convey messages - congratulations, apologies, friendship, love. Many flowers also have meanings that are not as well-known.
This challenge is based on the meanings behind certain flowers and plants...some common and others more obscure. Have fun, and the next time you wander through the garden, take a minute to listen to what those flowers are really saying! :D

This challenge runs from March 15th, 2014 - June 14th, 2014. Please feel free to join at any time during the 3 months, and if you join late you're welcome to backtrack and use any books read within the span of the challenge.
There is no minimum page count, re-reads and audio books are allowed. You can choose any level to start with, and you can always move up or down levels at any time. The bonus can be completed at any time, you don't need to wait until after you've completed your level.
Feel free to either repost or update an existing post as you finish your books, but please do a final re-post when you complete the challenge.
If you would like to add your star ratings to your completed books that would be great, but is not required. It's always nice to see what everyone else enjoyed so we can build that TBR up just a little bit higher! :)
