Hi everyone, you may have noticed this group is big and I don't always have time to do everything so I'm on the hunt for a moderator or two to help me run the group. Fancy having a go? Here what you need to do.

I don't think I'd mind being a moderator as long as I know everything up front. I've always wanted to be one.

I would be interested as long as I know the time commitment and what is involved.

I've been wanting to get more involved in Goodreads, and this looks like it might be a fun avenue in which to do it. But, as the other members have requested, I would like to know a little more about what's required so I can be sure I'll have sufficient time to participate.

I'm with the others, I'd need to know more before committing. I don't want to commit to something if I wouldn't be able to actually do it, wouldn't be fair to this group.

Okay for what does a moderator do? They do all of the following, but you'd not necessarily need to do all of them!

They look out for spam or inappropriate posts in the group and remove them to keep the group fab for everyone!

They set reading challenges

They get nominations for, poll and set up the monthly group reads

They get people talking in the group

They help out getting featured authors

They start conversations on new books or anything else relevant

They would need to dedicate a few hours per month to it
