Hello Horror Lovers,My name is Pike. I'm a recently published author (one book and counting) and have been a fan of horror reads for years. I love a good creepy story or a fast-paced action tangle. I've enjoyed works from Bentley Little, Joe Lansdale, Richard Matheson among others. Also a fan of the Urban Fantasy works of LKH, Caitlin Kittredge, and Kat Richardson. Werewolves have always been my favorite but love a good vampire read or ghost story.

I have read Hyperion and the Fall of Hyperion by Dan Simmons, which I think has aspects of horror, but fall more into the Science Fiction category. I am excited to find some new authors and books from you guys in the horror genre!

Hello! My name is Amy. I'm a Mainer, and so, I think I have a predisposition to like Stephen King and Joe Hill. I've also enjoyed several books by John Saul, Anne Rice, and Dean Koontz. Although I read from many genres, horror is my favorite. I'm in search of that one book that will legitimately give me a fright; I’ve never felt that shred of fear, that racing heartbeat as I turn the pages. I am new to groups and have been searching for groups to be involved in. I’m also in search of fellow horror lovers to suggest books, compare notes, and to befriend via Goodreads, if you will. Hey i'm zoe, i love reading a good vampire or a gruesome horror book. I also write my own books too and have a couple published online with self publishing :) I just love reading books in general though :) it is like living another life but its just on paper you know.
