Reading The Seven Tales of Trinket
I was trying to make my way through all the Nicholas Sparks books that had been turned into movies but after the 4 Nicholas Sparks book in a row I needed a little break from all the sadness. So I am currently reading HEAT - The Complete Series: BURN, SPARK, BLAZE & INFERNO. And I probably won't pick up another NS book until next month. That should give my brain enough time to decompress from all the NS death.
Just started reading "Everlost" by Brenda Pandos. It's the 3rd installment of a romantic saga about ... mermaids!!! The best part is that they don't glitter in the sun or something weird like that. The 3rd part is about a young mermaid, Tatiana, who just got married to a man whom she SHOULD hate ... except she doesn't, not quite, because when merpeople kiss for the first time, they become "promised," meaning they can't stop thinking and feeling for their mate. This plot could be icky, but I can see how the author was trying to be compelling. You can find my review for the saga's first installment here: https://youtu.be/Lr1rhwkz9Us

I myself have a Kindle, and I've gotten quite comfortable with it. It's much smaller than an iPad, only about the size of a standard paperback, and it has a leather case that protects the screen and puts the device to sleep whenever I close the cover. Of course if I lose it, then that's a whole bunch of books that I've lost, but still, it's a risk that's been worth it for the past two years.

When you register your amazon account on the new Kindle, all your books will be loaded back :)
Hey people! I am currently re-reading Bartimaeus by Johnathan Stroud . Its super cool and i would suggest all the lovers of magic and humour to make a stab at reading this. Its genre is Young adult and it is basically all about an alter society which contain wizards and jinhs and the book is written from the perspective of a jihn. His dialouges are simply awesome and his take on the foolishness of human minds are...lets say enlightening :D
Just now finished reading All the Light we cannot see !! It was so good guys !! Go and read it if you haven't !! Amazing story line
Annette wrote: "Just now finished reading All the Light we cannot see !! It was so good guys !! Go and read it if you haven't !! Amazing story line"I stopped it after reading 25%. I think I have to resume it now.
Btw, I have started reading Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Who else is reading it?

Yeah. Many readers went in expecting it to be as good as original series. But the story had already ended in 7th book. And it is a play which (view spoiler). You will like it if you can enjoy plays.
I'm CR-Killing floor by Lee child (Crime) and Hero of ages by BRANDON SANDERSON (Adult Fantasy). Very satisfied with these too...
I'm reading the tenth--tenth!--installment of Chris Nuttall's "Schooled in Magic" series, "Past Tense." Our hero, Emily, is transported hundreds of years into the past and witnesses the beginning of the Whitehall magic school she's been attending. So far she's killed a tutor who went insane and some kind of magic creature. Kind of hard to believe that she's a humble individual, but there you go.
(Man, there are a lot of books called "Past Tense!")
Re-reading The Fault In Our Stars!!! I love this book....
Arpit wrote: "Re-reading The Fault In Our Stars!!! I love this book...."I don't usually like romance genre but this one was an exception for me. I really liked this book.

Of course, it blew my heart... It was like a book form of Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On". Beautiful. Just beautiful.

Just finished! Sooo good. I like to try lesser known authors and this one's a gem. There's another one on the series so best to read that first. Love story but very grown-up, and horses. Not mushy.

This book is written in a very unique way. It's a bit difficult to judge this one; may be because it's tough to digest certain facts presented here about our own country. Will try to review it. Honestly.

You're right about not able to digest some facts about our country. Maybe this book is not great, but it's not mediocre too, as they say it is. I found it interesting.
Good luck with it.

Hello everyone!I am currently reading Silmarilion (Tolkien) and Fifth Season (Jemisin Hugo award 2016). I enjoy the tales of live myths in the first book and the post apocalyptic antiracism-antimanipulation ideas in the latter.
Currently reading The Fellowship of the Ring (Tolkien). I started reading it a year ago, as i had read The Hobbit and loved it...but i didn't get to finish it, so i'm taking it up again now...refreshing my knowledge of the middle earth before moving on :)
