First 500 words for a free sample

I am a trained proofreader and an experience copy-editor, I have worked with both beginning and established authors, and have 'read' entire manuscripts, already published books, down to individual chapters fresh off the word processor. I will proofread, or copy-edit, and have been known to beta read, especially if it leads to a full copy-edit afterwards. I keep my fees low, because I believe in my heart of hearts that no book should ever go to a publisher unedited. I will do your first 500 words for free, as a sample, and so you know how I work. I charge .004/word for proofreading, and .006/word for copy-editing, with the copy-editing I will throw in the proofreading for free. legal2b@yahoo.com
