I want to make this edition from Diversion Books, which is the latest edition, my default edition, but when I got to its page, "set this book..." isn't there to click on. I'm having this problem with six other books as well.

Goodreads uses spaces to disambiguate between authors with the same name. You are Anthony^^Bruno, where the ^'s are 2 spaces between first and last name to disambiguate you from the other author with the same name. The books are under the Anthony^Bruno profile and so GR doesn't recognize you as the author, I'll move them now.
I think I've got them all, you should be able to edit your books now and set the new edition as the default.
