ohhhh a Margarita sounds good!!Good idea, Margaret!!lol
I've been trying to sell mine. It's too big for me alone and ties me down.I have two pups, so being out of the house while they show is not much fun in summer heat.

HI Shannon, can you please give me a page count for this book?
I was going to mention my book with only 1/3 of the cover is blue but I see at least two books already read with a lot of blue and not used for goals.

I've been having a lot of fun, too, and I'm glad we got such a great team.
Don't worry about not being as fast of a reader as some. The entire point of these challenges is to have fun and meet other readers. :)
Argon's new goals:1) Read a book that is in the Amazon 2003 bestsellers (http://www.amazon.com/gp/bestsellers/...)
2) Read a book where the first word of the text is This
I'm currently going through our finished books to see if anything will fill the second goal.
How many goals do we have for the Amazon 2003? I am currently reading
which is on the 1-20 page on the list.
Margaret wrote: "How many goals do we have for the Amazon 2003? I am currently reading

I'll post a full list of our goals in a few minutes. Right now I'm juggling too many tasks and getting confused. :D
You go Margaret!!! ;)I checked my open books & the books I'm most likely to start in the best few days..... No "This"
I've got to make up for my Queen of Fire DNF in another challenge so next up will be something with a weapon on the cover...but right now I'm reading to get somebody out of book "jail" lol!
I can keep looking though....
I totally understand that! I can hit both of the 2003 goals if you want, I have the books and I have the time. :D

Book:
Every Last Breath by Jennifer L. ArmentroutPage Count: 400
Date Read: 8/26/15
Attack Points: 0.5
Rating: 4 stars
Goal: N/A
I'm so angry right now. I've been waiting for this book to come out. Then I waited so patiently for my library to order it for me. It's the end of the trilogy. One of my favorite YA Paranormal - not because it's exceptionally good, but because it's different. Anyways, I finally finish and she didn't answer all my questions! Like deliberately left us hanging on who this mystery character is. Grrrrrr
I hate that!I felt that way when I got to the end of the 3rd Eragon book. It was supposed to be a trilogy! I read book three thinking it was a trilogy! ..... It wasn't...
Bet she's planning on more...
Nope. She says she's done. I like legit can't sleep right now. And everyone else is so wrapped up in who she did and didn't pick in the love triangle and I'm like: GUYS! There's a whole mystery character that we don't know the identity of!!! And no one cares. Maybe this is the first sign I'm getting too old to read YA. Sigh....
That would drive me up the wall! If a story/series is wrapped up I think the story line should be as well.I've discovered that I really hate love triangles, especially in YA.
I found something to fit the "this" goal in quite literally the last book I had to check of both spreadsheets. >.<I used Chris' book Behind the Shattered Glass.
Agron's new goal: Read a book whose author has more than 2 pen names
Saxa's Goals:1) Read a book with the word king, queen, prince or princess (plurals are acceptable) in the title (Shannon and Kim)
2) Read a book with the word highway, road, avenue or street (plurals are acceptable) in the title (Amanda)
3) Read a book that is in the Amazon 2004 bestsellers (http://www.amazon.com/gp/bestsellers/...) (Margaret and Christine)
Agron's Goals:
1) Read a book that starts with the letter O
2) Read a book that is in the Amazon 2003 bestsellers (http://www.amazon.com/gp/bestsellers/...) (Laura or Margaret)
3) Read a book that contains the word strawberry
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Ok, I think I got all of that correct. I forgot who was doing what and I had to go back and piece it all together. ;)
I can read
by Ellis Peters...aka Edith Pargeter, Peter Benedict, Jolyon Carr, and John Redfern.I downloaded it to my Kindle a few days ago and never got around to starting it. The good thing is that it's a shorty (197 pages) and will go very fast.
Amanda are we both like fanatically burning our candles late into the night?!!! lol....I couldn't put my book down it was so good and I figure that I need to get 'er done. :P

wow....that will go fast...so Stephen King wouldn't qualify right? Plus, his books are too hefty unless we carry it over but it sounds like you will be taking care of it before the week is out.
Margaret wrote: "Amanda are we both like fanatically burning our candles late into the night?!!! lol....I couldn't put my book down it was so good and I figure that I need to get 'er done. :P"I know! Fancy seeing you here. :D
Margaret wrote: "wow....that will go fast...so Stephen King wouldn't qualify right? Plus, his books are too hefty unless we carry it over but it sounds like you will be taking care of it before the week is out."I was able to find out that he used another pen name for a short story that he wrote, which would make him count. His books are all pretty hefty though.
imagine that! man....I have been reading some excellent books in this challenge...I am turning into a book fiend, addict. Going to bed, finally. Great Job Teamies! ;)
Huh. I thought we used Elle's book
for a goal but it's free. So we won't have to worry about that pen name goal after all. Ok, updating the spreadsheet. I'll be back with our new goal.
Agron's new goals: 1)Read a book that contains the word strawberry
2)Read a book that starts with the letter O
I've checked our books for a book that starts with O and didn't find anything. I haven't yet checked our read books for the word strawberry.
A Scattered Life, read by Elle on 8/17, has the word strawberry on page 32: "By the time she started her second strawberry margarita, Audrey relaxed and felt less like an interloper."Sounds like Margaret's kind of book!
