KSMary | 1181 comments Could I get these options approved if possible:
The Glassblower of Murano by Marina Fiorato (red heart necklace - mystery)
Major Pettigrew's Last Stand by Helen Simonson (Orange clothing - romance) or (purple clothing - HF)
Wither (The Chemical Garden, #1) by Lauren DeStefano (green dress - Sci Fi)

Do we still need to get the genre approved if they are approved in this thread?

All work.

I honestly don't know if the moderators will be accepting genre approval in the various task help threads, so I think I definitely can't hurt to get your book approved genre-wise in that thread as well.

Please keep in mind that we're not "approving" genres - just noting that they are on the book's main page at the time the participant asks about them. It doesn't matter whether that's done in the genre verification thread or the individual help thread.

Your first selection looks a lot more orange than red to me (even the birdcage looks dark orange/brown), so it will not work.

Your second selection is fine.

If not blue, does the eye work for green?

Your first selection is fine. I am going to tentatively say no to your second book. On my phone (which all I have to go by at the moment), it's looking more pink than orange. I'll check on my computer as soon as I can. It's possible that my phone is distorting the color.
