Liquor's a beverage and I can see liquid in the bottles so it seems to fit the task to me.

Please take a look at this CHILDREN's book and let me know if it is okay for Option 2 (hat on cover) -or- Option 3 (beverage on cover).
It is 276 pages
Among the genres is "middle grade"
Per amazon.com it is rated for children ages 8-12 / grades 3-6
There are NO illustrations other than an map in the opening section.
My concern is that while it is rated for children OVER age 9 ... it also includes ages 8-9.

I looked at the first couple of pages on Amazon. It's fine by me.

LOL, yes, definitely! --- 45 minutes later --- Paul -- the cover works, but I'm not sure if the book does. If this is mostly drawings, it does NOT work. If the drawings accompany articles - in other words, there are more words - then it does work. Please leave me a note so I know you saw this.
Thanks Chris,I think is should be ok then. Each chapter starts with a picture - but the book itsself is made up of a collection of blog posts.

I'm going to have to ask the mods for a ruling on this one. I was going for a glass or cup with liquid in it rather than a bottle of liquor. I know we've had a similar task in the past, so I will check and get back to you.
