I wanted to continue the "in death" series by J.D.Robb but since I just read one of the series it doesn't seem valid to choose it.
Instead I have the following books lined up:
Blind Alley
Deadly Deceptions (Mojo, #2)
Dawn on a Distant ShoreDawn on a Distant Shore

I think I'll catch up with the Inspector Gramache series by Louise Penny, the Bishop CSU series by Kay Hooper and the Maggie O'Dell series by Alex Kava.

And have now picked up Silk and Shadows, by Putney on my TBR pile since 2006!!
I'm still on my first book for this month and the first for this challenge... Blind Alley is not my thing... Pretty much why the book was on my shelf for so long!
How are you doing on this challenge?

wow... good for you. I plan on finishing Blind Alley this weekend... And then on to the next book. Yay.

I finally picked up the first of the Grace Valley trilogy after having finished reading the Virgin River series... this trilogy was written first. Now I feel like I have to go back and find references to John Stone and June... for some reason when I began reading this I thought they'd end up as a couple.
I also read the fourth of the Rachel Gibson Sex Lies and Online Dating series... (Not Another Bad Date)
I read two more in the Elm Creek Quilter series - (The Union Quilters and The Wedding Quilt) and now have only one or two left to read in that series...
And I read the fourth in the Bride quartet by Nora Roberts, Happy Ever After.
This has been a great challenge for me, thanks! (I still may slide a few more in before the month ends.)
So... yeah me... I got two books done for this challenge. And both rather dissappointing or true to my bad expectations.
Blind Alley
Deadly Deceptions (Mojo, #2)
But... I'm glad I got through them. They were sitting on my shelf for quite some time and now they can move on and they won't taunt me with their presence. :D
