I don't know how I feel about this good - beautiful and bad - ugly thing at the moment. Hope there is more to it than it seems otherwise it's a bit odd. (hide spoiler)]

I wasn't expecting it to be this amazing, I am pleased 100%. The characters are brilliant. Agatha is my favourite because she is good without knowing it. The part when she saved the fish was amazing and so was the scene with the gargoyle from the roof.
Also, her relationship with Tedros is great. That hate at first sight part got me. Haha. (hide spoiler)]

Book 1 up to ch20. This is entertaining in terms of style, and the description of events is fun to read, but it is starting to feel a bit repetitive. It seems clear that the issue of good and bad isn’t as clear-cut as they want it to be,

(view spoiler)[ There is a huge difference in style between this and the first book. I am not a big fan of this entire boys versus girls thing that's going on.
Sophie is still a bit crazy, like always. I can't believe she is still against her friend.
I do hope Agatha is going to have her happy ending. It is already clear she is meant to be with Tedros (unless he become a villain) and became a princess. Let's see. (hide spoiler)]
