This or IT by Stephen King? I know that they are 2 very, completely different books, but I only want to know which you prefer and recommend me.

Les Mis is very heavy, deep reading. It will break your heart. Plus, the style of writing is very different modern writing. If you are not used to reading classic novels, it may harder for you to read. Start with a smaller French novel of the time period, like Phantom of the Opera, to get a feel for the style.

It is one of the creepiest of King's novels. You will not want to read before bed. If you read King, you know all of stories circle back onto one another. So, It is essential King reading. It is not one of my favorites by King. I prefer others. He is one of the masters modern horror. So, by all means, find something of his to read.
