It'll work with any number at the end except ".99" so yeah .00 will work too :))

It can be used multiple times but you can only checkout one book at a time for it to work on the kobo site :D

Well I already added the picture to my site, I couldn't post it here, but I added it at least. My problem is that I'm using an iPad, so sometimes it doesn't do everything a laptop does.
