$o as I was saying, I can't see the park from my room, it's a few yards away and on the opposite side of the road. Now the mansion is used as a Seva-Ashram. We sometimes used to go play there in the same park( I wasn't aware that it was a cemetery). There's another little house with a family living just beside that park, there's an old lady in that family, who told us some of the things that happen there.

No one in the vicinity allows little babies to go there, because they always return with fever. There is also another field beside that smaller park, which is used as football field. There's also a half-constructed apartment beside the haunted field. I'll tell you about the half-constructed apartment first. This is what my older cousin bro told us. Three times different promoters took the job of completing, but each of them died some way or the other. And even anyone making plans about building another apartment on the football field also get nowhere.

My cousin bro and some of his friends got to using that half-finished apartment as their club-house, and they had a huge tv in there to watch cricket matches. So once after such match, they all planned to spend the rest of the night in there since it was very late at night. My bro said that they kept hearing weird noises from the outside. Sounds of chains clinking and glass breaking.

Even though I'm really not that much of a coward, I can see the entrance gate to that park just from my window now. *feeling slightly spooked*

So anyways , my bro and his friends often complained about switching off the fans and lights at night only to see them all running the next morning( now this has been confirmed by many people). Once during diwali, they went to the club-houses roof to watch the fireworks from there( our area has one of the best show of fireworks and it continues till almost dawn). That night they saw smoke rising up from a corner of the park, and there wasn't anything burning just a cloud of white smoke rising in a straight file.

And just after that the fan started running on its own, when they all went down they saw that the switch was off but the fan was still running, after a few minutes it stopped to, when they went out they saw that the smoke had also disappeared.
