R.L. This is not the corrected copy yet. I have received the corrected copy back, done the corrections and it is now up for formatting and submission, probably by next week. April 2014

R.L. The NEW Kindle version is up now. I have the paper back proof copies being sent to me as we speak. Yes, the files are back and are as mistake free as they are likely to ever be.
