Author profile pic question

Hi, I recently opened an author profile, but my picture isn't showing up. Does my picture have to be a certain size for the author profile versus "normal" profile?

It sometimes takes a little while, and while I think there is a size requirement, I believe it's the same. If it's been more that a couple of days, contact GR support.

Your Author Profile doesn't by default use the same picture as your "normal" profile did before you joined the program. You'll just need to upload a picture on the top right of this page. Let me know if you run into any trouble!

On one computer my author profile said there was a pic uploaded and on another computer I was asked to upload a pic.

Anyhow, perhaps it was a browser issue, in the end I uploaded a new pic and things seem ok now.
