AnnaMarie you should definitely re-read the series and The Infernal Devices are a must! One could even argue that they are better then the original series. Although, rereading all these books makes me sad. I don't want to say goodbye! Especially with all of the teasers and snippets that Cassandra Clare has released. Its going to be a sad book I think.

May was CRAZY and here it is only a day away from June - EEEPS! All done with Girls on the Run coaching, and less than a week to go before all 4 kiddos are done with school. Can't wait to get to the lazy days of summer and back at reading until the wee hours of the morning! :)Series theme for June sounds GREAT Lindsey - thanks! :)
I will be posting our May books later tonight when I get home. WOW!!! Already on our 5th month!!!
How are we all doing? Reading some good books?

YIKES!! can you believe it's already July!!
So I will post our June books soon!!

I know!! I just realized I need to post the books for July!! Hope you all read some great books!!
Yikes! So we have to determine one person to switch groups! We have 48 hours.
As the Team Leader, you should definitely stay. I just don't know how to decide who will go from the other 3...
We could do a drawing or something?
Remeber what I said, you may have a chance to get your team member back!!! I am just doing a little mixing! :) sorry. I have a challenge where you may be able to get your team mate back.
We understand. It's going to mix it all up.
If no one else wants to go, I'll do it. I'll miss you awesome guys but someone has to go, so I'll volunteer and that way we don't have to pick.
It is definitely a twist which switches things up, but I think it would feel weird to be the "odd man out" coming into another group which has an already existing camaraderie, if that makes sense?
I really enjoy our group - we have an easy ebb and flow here, and understand the phases of when life gets busy. :) But I can appreciate Jackie that you are just looking to keep things challenging and interesting and refreshing...and I am also appreciative of this entire challenge and how it has motivated my reading!! :)
AnnaMarie you put it perfectly.
Going to post our July books later today when I get home!
Thank you! I really appreciate you guy's honesty, we will just stick to challenges throughout the rest of this year. Is that okay with everyone?
So what is everyone going to read for the paranormal challenge? I think I am going to read
. Has anyone read it?
I have it from the library for a book pool challenge so that's most likely going to be the one for me. Might start it tonight when I get home from dinner.
It is really good, at least in my opinion. I actually almost bought the second one when I went to the bookstore today but I ended up changing my mind. The ending is a bit of a cliffhanger though so be warned.
Okay. Maybe I will pick the second one up from the library tomorrow.
I just checked. They have it. So I will get it tomorrow.
July books are up and posted
Good job everyone!!
Good job everyone!!
Week 2: Romance: Read a book where the main characters fall in love, and they have a happy ending. The book MUST be at least 100 pages long. Rereads are not allowed. Your book can be YA or NA.Please make sure your book is read by Sunday 3pm your time.
Back to school. - The main character has to be going back to school, or starting at a new school/ college.
I will post my the last two I read later tonight when I get home or early morning.

I'm confused as to where we should be posting the books we read for the weekly challenges - here in this thread?
Sorry I have been absent guys. Getting ready to get back to school. School and my internship starts Monday!! Fun!! Actually I'm excited. Last month for my special education early childhood credential before moving onto my second one. Anyways I have been getting ready, studying for the CSET, and working as a nanny. Been busy.
But I have been able to read some great books this month so far.
How are you guys doing?
