Thank you my darling! I'm excited about this BR there so much fun!
I'm loving Paul, Ethan and Charley! Great Friends so far….the muffin biscuit, cake slab conversation was hilarious….

At 16%!I'm loving the book! The writing is amazing, the characters superb! I'm in love with Darren's dark humour... he has always some sarcastic and intelligent comment to make! I love shy Jayden! And I love their friends! Well... I'm loving and that's great!
At 18% And loving it ... I love the Darren's confidence, and Jayden is so sweet, that I want to hug him! ;)
At 45%....So I won't say much...you've probably seen my updates....I'm kinda pissed right now....this book is really very good.
Shakisha wrote: "At 45%....So I won't say much...you've probably seen my updates....I'm kinda pissed right now....this book is really very good."At 28% ... I agree with you, is very good! Love Darren is such a lay back person, and the others Charlie, Scott.. they are perfect!
Darren & Jayden are both so fortunate in that they may not realise it yet but they have a great support system.Charlie can be pushy but no doubt she adores Jayden, and Scott wants so badly to just hang with his little bro....and Ethan and Paul know Darren better than even he realises they are great friends and a wonderful support system I hope to see this put to work later in the story.
Oh... Darren hides so well his "ghosts" ... didn´t realize til now ... This book is gripping me, the story is amazing!
Barbara wrote: "Oh... Darren hides so well his "ghosts" ... didn´t realize til now ... This book is gripping me, the story is amazing!"He does, in fact I see his nonchalant behaviour as more of a "act" inside he's different, he's sensitive (notice how he handled the bully outside the coffee shop that first day) he's caring and he's empathetic...I don't think he really see's that

I totally agree with you... Shakisha... I think Jayden is the only person who could help him... but he let Darren go away...
I´m at 31% !!

Your right Dorota....he jumped right in front of Jayden, put himself between Jay and the Bully after only just meeting him. The whole "I don't really care attitude" is an act...

Keep reading if you can....I remember at that point going crazy...yelling at Jayden through my Kindle of course to stop him, kiss him, tell him you still want him....keep reading Barb!
I haven't gotten their yet, but I was wondering if/when that would happen. Especially for Jayden. I wouldn't be surprised if his parents were totally supportive...Darren's parents on the other hand...well I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't.I'm at 45% but since I am in the office I can't do much reading for right now...maybe lunch time.
I'm still at 27%, but I love Darren the way he is... sarcastic and confident! I know that he fights with many things in his mind! He reminds me a lot of Walter from Love Lessons!
Yes, Issy that is so true....that snarky attitude and the amazing skills on the violin...I am consuming this book at the speed of light...it's so good. I am so grateful you encouraged me to join you.

He has only three books published and all of them in 2013, so I think that as soon as this book has more reviews, he will be more followed! Mostly because he writes magnificently! You can see that he loves his characters and so does the reader! I'm loving this book, and I will read more of his books ;)
At 32% ... Jayden "struggles" to understand WHY Darren, doesn´t apperciate the life he has... WOW... (Catching up when I can... but Iam here with you girls)
Did we pick the PERFECT BOOK for these BR or what???

'The Devil's Trill Sonata' shows their separation when Jayden goes to university and Darren to a job, where time and distance are going to do a lot more than simply make things difficult.
The final part, 'Rhapsody on a Theme', shows the shift from coping with depression to trying to actually deal with it.
Dorota wrote: "Hi Guys. I have finished the book last night in a bout of insomnia. And just as well as some emergency called me back to the office for today and probably tomorrow thus reducing my reading to coffe..."Glad you finish Dorota, have a good day at work! We will catch up later!
Love that bus stop... wish Portugal add them too! :D
Hi Girls!!! I finished and I loved the book! Hope you're all enjoying it too! When my review is ready, it will be here
Can I just say I want to hug every single one of you? There's nothing like seeing - really seeing, with no filter - how people react to a work that frankly tore the soul out of me. This trilogy has been very, very difficult to write - it's incredibly personal, and a very dangerous wound to open - and to see people so captured by it...I have bookmarked this, so whenever I get my own dark moments, I can come right back and see the raw responses of readers in the grip of it :)
I am hugging you all. In my mind. Right now. <3

Isabel
I'm "writeless" ... Matthew, is a honour to receive and read your words, is truly an amazing book... I never felt so touched ...I'm hugging you back! <3
Thank YOU
