The author grew up in the city I live in now. Did you know that it is being made into a movie? From what I've heard it is supposed to be out this year, and the director is supposed to be Spielberg.
I just finished
Ella Enchanted and it was a cute story. It is a great middle grade book and I can't wait to read it with my granddaughter or give it to her to read.

I sometimes read that there will be a movie but I forgot it's supposed be out this year.
Avalon High 4 stars a retelling of King Arhtur. It was wrote in 2006, so pre social media, cell phones, internet. It was refreshing to read with no angst either. Dead Silence a lackluster end to a promising series
I finished
yesterday, eventho it's a very long book and I got a little bored at some chapters, but still 5 stars XD.. Now I need the novelas >///<

and I'm currently reading
Just finished You're the Kind of Girl I Write Songs About Rated it 4/5 because it's rare to find books specifically set in Sydney, Australia. Lots of nostalgia for me.
I have just recently finished reading Ice Like Fire by Sara Raasch and the ending made me hate it let me tell you that.
Tera Lynn Childs 4 star rating, not a 5 because I don't pay attention to chapter headers and you need to in this book to see which character is giving her POV, also personal pet peeve where parents are missing in book
in short this is a story about greek mythology based around Medusa story, the triplet daughters ( the need for chapter headers) and monsters escaping and causing havoc in san francisco. the sisters must fight these monsters and someone put a bounty on their head so they are now the hunted.
It is set in present day and is a quick fast read. the author gives you the background of the myth without weighingthe story down and there are some LOL moments
just finished Heartless and loved it, I want to read more books about how fairytale villains went bad.
I just finished 2 book within a day of each other. The first was
and the 2nd was
which was a reread for me.
I finished reading Internet Famous by Danika Stone, here's the link to a full spoiler-free review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

Hey guys! I just got done reading the first "Artemis Fowl" book. It's a YA urban fantasy about a kid who kidnaps a fairy for ransom. I've got mixed feelings about it.
