The character I chose to analyze is Tess Durbeyfield. Known to all readers of Tess of d’Ubervilles, Teresa is the heroine of the novel, not that she wins major battles or influence political decisions. Instead, she inhabits her own small world and with great effort tries to cope with the fate that life has dealt her. Besides being a sympathetic protagonist, she’s indisputably the moral center of the classical story and also an utterly distinctive individual. She has got beauty that is irresistible to men, is innocent, young however uneducated. In addition, she’s born into a poor family facing an imminent poverty throughout the beginning of the novel; in the role of the eldest daughter, she holds a responsibility to take care of her wild, younger siblings. As readers dig deeper into the English literature story, they will come to understand her plight and her acceptance of the seemingly inevitable things that occur to her, indicating that she is clearly unaware and is caught off-guard about the world rife with vanity, lust and cruelty. Tess is definitely a difficult character to get to know because she is a complicated lady. Although she is dutiful and obedient, being strong through her suffering, she gains great strength and fortitude, nevertheless remains unwavering in her love for a man.

The book that I read it’s called” A Dangerous Sky”. One of the character it’s called Tom Brennan. He is an office manager of a pilot school. He’s age is 25 years old. He is a kind person that always loves to demonstrate he’s company aircrafts and finally he successfully to promote he’s flying school to a new student called Francesca Bartoli. However, tom hates flying and he had gave up on his flying lesson.
He is also very friendly and always taking care of Francesca. When Francesca had a hard time with her previous instructor, he always encourage her and let her continued her flying lesson. When Tom did not appeared, Francesca would have give up and go back to Switzerland.
I recommend this book because I am interested in this topic and the story structure is clear, easy and type of people in the world. E.G : evil, kind, honest….. In overall, it’s a good book.

The main character in this classic story “Jane Eyre”, written by Charlotte Bronte, is a young lady named Jane.
Jane Eyre, is an orphan girl who throughout her childhood life faces cruelty, humiliation and insulation. She is not really needed by anyone and is really terrified not to belong to a place but to be true to her principles and sense of dignity. Jane is searching for justice and peace in order to help her pass through all of the obstacles of her life. Jane becomes independent first from Mrs.Reed, then from Lowood School, then from Rochester not agreeing to be his mistress and not his wife and frees herself from marrying her cousin. The whole character is developing through the book until the moment that Jane realizes that she is ready to be with Rochester and that she needs him. This becomes the moment when she finds herself and her happiness, notwithstanding the fact that Edward Rochester loses his eyesight.

I am doing a character analysis on ‘Freddie Fox’ from the book ‘Freddie’s War’. Through reading this book, I have learned a lot of life lessons and good traits that I will be able to learn from. Freddie is 17 years old, born in Middleton, Yorkshire, England. In England, he was always bullied by his friends and colleagues and was called names such as ‘coward’. Freddie decided to go to Spain to become a journalist in order to escape his life and start a new one-somewhere no one knew him, heard of his name nor see his face. Freddie is an extremely kind-hearted person, accomplishing in saving many lives-some he’s not given credit for. He was a strong and brave young man, having the guts to go to a foreign country, which is in the middle of war. You will also be able to see that he was really passionate about writing and doing things he love. Although most people back home, including his father, kept saying many discouraging words, unlike most people, Freddie doesn’t give up and instead proves them wrong. Freddie met many challenges and difficulties along his journey but using his quick-witted mind, he finds ways to make things right. Throughout reading this book, you can definitely see how much character development there has been. He went from being weak and cowardly to beating his fear and becoming a hero. Last but not least, Freddie achieved in doing something he had wished for a long time-making his father proud.
