Too bad. :(I'm positive this is the book. Lucas shelved it two days after Tab suggested it, but he never did confirm here.
-I think most of the novel revolved around a boy around elementary school age, he had parental problems and was also made fun of in school, I distinctly remember a dramatic scene in which he asked a teacher in front of his whole class what an orgasm was. I think he also ended up at a party sometime during the novel where he or his friends were playing seven minutes in heaven in a closet.
-There were other minor characters in the novel, although I can only remember the side story related to one. He was older than Anon, either in highschool or college, and was so obsessed with death that he had his friend bury him alive in a forest with only a breathing tube to survive. I think this led to him coming into contact with two other characters who were having sex in the woods near where he was buried.
I'm terribly sorry this is all I can remember, but I read the book way back in elementary school (I realize it was probably way beyond my maturity level, but it was right on par with my reading level and the librarian who recommended it to me probably knew nothing about the plot or didnt care). Anyway, thank you so much in advance
