I just read The Invention of Wings. It's an historical novel set in the South a century and a half before Go Set a Watchman. It deals with essentially the same issue - attitudes and prejudices - slavery rather than racial segregation - setting a family at odds.

I know that GSaW was written before TKaM, but I do not see one as a total rewrite of the other. They do have similar characters (though somewhat changed by age or perspective) and some of the narratives are the same. But they seem very different books to me, especially since GSaW is somewhat of a sequel. However, I must admit that I have not finished reading it.
