So, in Age of Ultron, we got that segment that was basically 'Cap's Quartet' (Cap, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch and Hawkeye).
Now, with the Ant-man movie, I need a scene that features the original five ( Iron man, Cap, Hulk, Ant-man and Wasp)
It can be a fight scene, a dramatic walking scene or just the five of them standing together, but I gotta have it!

And surprisingly enough, it has the most faithful version of a comic costume I've seen in any movie.
Go figure.

Anyone reading the various 'Guardians of the Galaxy' comics?
The Groot comic is a decent, all-ages adventure and the Secret Wars mini has been a good action story with lots of Rocket snark.
Feels weird that every member has a solo series and then the team title.

So, rumor has it that after 'Infinity War' the Avengers 'As we know them!' will be gone, due to story arcs and people's contracts being up.
Which means it's time to play "So, if we lose the big three, who would you want to see as a line up in Avengers 3..?
Here's mine:
Black Widow
Hulk
Black Panther ( he could be the new Tony Stark for the team)
Vision
War Machine
Join in. I went for heroes from the movies, but if there's some one you think deserves to be brought into the movie-verse, go nuts.

Can't believe I left Scarlet Witch off my list.
and Whedon's not doing Infinity War, the Russo Brothers, who did Winter Soldier, are.

Just heard the reason the Hulk is not in Civil War because he will be in Thor: Ragnarok.
How cool will it be to see the Hulk rampaging through Asgard!

Saw it - really excited of course. I'm hoping that neither side is clearly right or wrong... if you know what I mean...

I like that we are losing some of the political BS that was in the comic story and have a real reason for the split.
I think they are going to try and present both sides fairly, but, let's be honest Tony's last plan to make the world better resulted in a homicidal robot, so it's going to be tricky to see him as the voice of reason.

I agree - I am fine with heroes having flaws, but Age of Ultron takes Tony to a place I didn't really want to see... especially as he tried to continue with his plan.
I wonder if he redeems himself somewhat here - arguing for a level of oversight and accountability...? I'm cool with that, wonder what that means for Steve.
I think that Bucky killed Tony's dad as well, didn't he? I get that Bucky is Cap's friend, but..

So, Thanos is after the infinity gems.
In the comics it was done to impress his girlfriend, Death.
In the MCU, we just got introduced to Hela, norse goddess of death.
So, did marvel just decide to combine some ideas and make Hela Thanos' girlfriend?

So, there's been some chat on the inter web about what comes event should become a movie after Infinity war.
The big winners seem to be 'Secret Wars ( the original) and 'everybody vs Galactus' from John Byrne's Fantastic Four run.
Both seem dependent on marvel, sony and fox cutting a deal, but are very cool ideas.
Anyone out there have a comic story they want to see on the big screen?
